“An uncomfortable and noisy nights stay.”

Staff was helpful with an booking error from a 3rd party, and were happy to accommodate with providing extras towels and pillows. Allowed small dogs and pets was very helpful. Bathroom was disgusting and mouldy. Very noisy due to a main road. Also some tenants were noisy and smoking near front doors (not great for a pregnant woman). Overall cleanliness was very poor

“It was a place stay, but very disappointed for the price”

The location is close enough o all the amenities you could need, service station, food outlets etc. Access is very easy from Ruthven Street. Good undercover parking bays at your room door. Rooms are about the size one would expect. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, there is a microwave in the room but I wouldn't use it, not properly clean and rusty inside. The smaller bed had dirty marks on the outer sheets. Mattress was was much too soft with no support Mould in the bathroom and poor water pressure, with the hot water taking an eternity to come through. Although there were tall bar chairs to sit at there were no normal chairs at all

The location was good to eayerys and shopping centre. The included breakfast was minimal and only if ypu got in first was not refreahed. The kitchenette was dirty no dish washing soap no plug in sink no tea towel draws were dirty. Bathroom soap we had once smalll bar for 4 days nothing was replenished. I asked for a hairdryer on day 2 jever got one. Ended up buying myself one. Would not recommend anyone stay there
