The hotel sits near Vitosha street and the city center, offering great value for money; it’s small so it’s not noisy, the 24‑hour reception, spacious rooms, kitchenette, comfortable bed, and friendly staff are all positives. The Wi‑Fi is slow and some furniture is damaged.

The location was convenient. However, the cleaning staff missed our room entirely, and the night‑shift front desk employee could only provide towels.

The front desk staff was new but made an effort to assist us. Our room was in a separate underground building with no window, and it was dirty, with hairs on the towels and small flies in the bathroom. The area around the hotel isn’t safe to walk in at night.

The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, and the reception has a taxi‑calling button that brings a taxi in a few minutes for a very reasonable price. We went to Paradise Shopping Center for 7.7 Euro, but on the way back we took a taxi and paid 30 Euro for the same distance; you should definitely call a taxi by phone to avoid being overcharged. My daughter’s sheet had a stain, which turned out to be on the sheet’s underlay. The sheets were already dirty, and they just put a clean sheet on top without cleaning the original—beds were not comfortable.

the location is convenient because its at the center and there is a metro near to go the airport.the place is clean and the staffs are very accomodating.thank you☺️
