Excellent service. We arrived early but the front desk was very helpful; Cristina handled our check‑in seamlessly, all the staff were most polite and friendly. Compliments to the whole team. Best experience 10/10

The hotel staff was highly trained and very attentive, from room service to breakfast they were there to help you. Breakfast buffet was good, not excellent but very good and their fresh fruit juices were excellent. Not a complaint, but it’s clear the rooms are starting to show their age; the TV remote was old, but overall the room was good and please don’t consider this a complaint.
