The location and friendly owner were positives, but the phone signal and Wi‑Fi didn’t work with the provided username and password. Later that evening we learned from the neighbors that another username worked. There were too few hangers in the bathroom and the shower cabin was very small.

The host was very helpful; something was missing in the property but we contacted them and the next day they supplied it. The Spaccanapoli area is a bit far from Toledo, but a nice walk gets you there without much trouble. The area is fairly quiet. The entrance feels a bit dated and the Wi‑Fi doesn’t work very well.

The room was spacious and very clean, and communication went smoothly. However, there was no Wi‑Fi, which was a major drawback for me because I was traveling with two kids (the TV also didn’t work). After a long day of walking in the city, there was no way to relax. My mobile data probably didn’t work because the walls were too thick and there was no reception, so I couldn’t look anything up. The fridge didn’t work and there was nowhere to hang towels. The mattresses were of poor quality; my 8‑year‑old son and I shared the large bed and kept rolling toward each other, which would be even worse with two adults. A kettle would have been nice for coffee or tea. I’ve been to Naples many times, and in terms of price‑quality you can find better rooms.

Cleanliness was excellent and the location was great. It’s a good option for a short stay. Check‑in was quick and the owner communicated well. Unfortunately, in our room neither the internet nor the phone connection worked, which caused some trouble.
