Excellent location, within walking distance of the main park and the entire center. The staff were very friendly and even called me a day before to confirm my arrival. The room was quite clean and spacious. Everything was great! :) The only suggestion is that thicker curtains would be better because a lot of light comes in.

I hate writing a 1‑star review for a place that could be so amazing. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a “sex hotel” because they charged me to bring a guest into my room. The guest didn’t need extra towels, mattresses, or sheets, and certainly wasn’t a prostitute, but the business model is that of a sex hotel (and I heard some very hookerish noises from other rooms). What I don’t like at all is that they use this model. Fine. But it must be made clear at the time of booking. It’s plainly dishonest and unfair to add fees and terms and conditions after the person has paid based on what was listed on the booking platform.

Excellent.

Excellent service, the people are friendly, and they accept pets. The only downside is that there is no private parking and the available parking is far away.

The staff were really helpful, but the windows lack mosquito screens and the rooms have a very noisy fan.
