The place was clean with pleasant staff, and the valet service was a big hit, but I couldn’t get fresh towels daily, which kept it at an 8.0/10.

The view was incredible, the room superb, and the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was a pleasant surprise, but upon arrival we weren’t given an hotel map or any instructions, and the room price felt like it deserved a bit more consideration, so I gave it a 9.0/10.

My recent experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. I arrived early, expecting to check in, but the hotel claimed I had no existing reservation and told me to call the booking platform. However, the platform couldn't get in touch with the host, and I was advised to book another room, despite being charged in full for the initial booking. This resulted in me spending nearly double what I had initially expected, and I'm still waiting for a refund 17 days later.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The room was spacious, but there were some issues. The hotel's pool was not as advertised on the website, and there was only a small outdoor pool. The room was not cleaned properly, and the hotel was far from the Strip, requiring a long walk. We also experienced some issues with the front desk staff, who were unfriendly and confrontational.
