“The delivered accommodation does not match the confirmed room category”
The location was fine. I was promised an ocean view in the reservation, but I received only a partial ocean view, and because an extra vendor sat between the hotel and the booking site, I couldn’t change anything about that.
We loved the location and size of the rooms at this resort, and they seemed to be clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning was a welcome relief, and the common areas were well taken care of. However, there were a few areas for improvement - it would be great to have phone app access to rooms to avoid having to keep track of keys, and the restrooms by the pool were a bit smelly. We also had to figure out how to use the TV on our own, and the bed in the master bedroom could use a new pad.

We were really impressed with the resort's great location right on the beach, and the staff were super friendly. However, our stay was disrupted by loud construction on another unit in the same building. It was a bit of a nuisance, but overall we were happy with our stay.

The resort's location is a major plus, with plenty of nearby hotels and restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a series of mishaps. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a pull-out sofa bed and ocean view, but when we arrived, the front desk informed us that they didn't have that type of room available. They offered us a 1-bedroom apartment with a den and sofa bed instead, but things only got worse from there.
