I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel’s location was great, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked how close the beach and nearby attractions were. I had no problems during my stay; the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everything was as expected.

I walked into a nightmare. The room was infested with an astonishing number of dead bugs - I'd estimate over 500. The balcony was no better, with rusty old equipment and dark corners that turned out to be dead bugs. The whole place reeked of decay and neglect, and the staff refused to refund my payment when I demanded to leave. It was a truly horrific experience that didn't match the glowing reviews online.

The hotel was decent, I guess, and it's close to the beach and everything. The furniture was a bit old, but the room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a lot of freedom to come and go as we pleased. The only thing that really bothered me was the state of the balcony - it was pretty gross. Maybe they'll get around to cleaning it soon.
Exceptional, amazing experience! Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. Everything you need is within walking distance. The team was very helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket.
