The hotel sits close to the Pokémon Center, shopping malls, and streets, and Sendai Station is nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and the relaxation area offers unlimited snacks and drinks. It’s very kid‑friendly, with a huge play area, plenty of toys, and child‑specific amenities. The only downside was that there was no onsen.

It was great to have activities that my child could enjoy with me. The only thing I’d mention is that the bath was a bit narrow.

The hotel was brand new and offered a wide range of free snacks and drinks, plus makeup remover, cleanser, toner, and a mask—very thoughtful. The room was spacious and had a sofa. The only issue was that it was a bit far from Sendai Station, about a dozen minutes on foot, which was a bit of a hassle with luggage. Otherwise everything was perfect, and there was free water right at the door of the room.
