The Double – Disability Access room is adapted for guests with reduced mobility and sleeps two. It features a double bed, an optional crib, air‑conditioning, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a tumble dryer, tiled and carpeted flooring, and a flat‑screen TV. The private bathroom includes a shower and a hair‑dryer.
The location is great, and for the price it is quite comfortable. The facilities feel a bit old, and the dining room staff seem to be quite busy.

The location near these religious shrines is good, and the parking right outside the hotel made it easy for us. We received a room that was not cleaned and smelled of urine. After some discussion we were able to change rooms, but it was still not acceptable. It is completely confusing and hard to understand that the hotel is occupied by elderly people with walkers and medical staff who facilitate vacations for people who really belong in institutions. One must realize that such a rush of people who cannot manage their own daily life is not possible on a hotel open to the public. This made the visit to Lourdes, a beautiful town at the foot of the mountains, never a great experience for the four of us.

How can you give us three rooms on three different floors? We didn't make three different or separate reservations.
