The hotel is very well located, close to the city centre, and everything is within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly. I recommend it.

Non tornerò più nella struttura e non la consiglio. Anzitutto non aveva la reception perché si appoggiava a quella dell’altro albergo vicino (un quattro stelle). Per parlare con il receptionist bisogna telefonare. Un giorno è mancata l’acqua calda e ci siamo fatti tutti la doccia fredda. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema al receptionist che è stato estremamente maleducato disinteressandosi del nostro disagio, ripetendo che il problema del boiler era stato risolto. Mai visto tanto disinteresse e maleducazione

The breakfast was good and varied, with fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, cheese, and hard bread. The location was convenient, just one block from the main boulevard. The bed was too soft. Instead of a central fan or air‑conditioner, they had a contraption that blew air toward you for 25 seconds, then shut off for 4 seconds, then started again; we had to open the street window to cool down.

The pool area is lovely, and the spa downstairs is great for decompressing. The staff were very attentive and kind. The room was quite small; the two of us couldn’t get ready at the same time in the same space.
