The hotel has a comfortable and well‑furnished room. It’s close to City Hall and a short walk to Myeongdong’s main streets. The front desk service was very good. The breakfast seems outsourced and doesn’t offer many Western dishes.

The recent renovation left the lobby and rooms looking much cleaner than before, but the front entrance still lacks a ramp, making it a real hassle to lug heavy bags unless a staff member is on hand; there is a ramp elsewhere but it’s hard to spot. The bathtub curtain is too short, so water spills out, and in the only room we used the toilet was so close to the wall that I couldn’t get my left foot in, forcing me to sit at an angle to do my business.
