When we checked in, none of the facilities were mentioned as closed, but soon we discovered the wellness area, gym, and pool were either shut or limited to only one hour a day, even though we paid the full price. The personal trainer and the manager seemed clueless about the issue, and a long discussion with them yielded no helpful compromise. The place feels very rundown and dirty. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this spot.

The location is very good. However, there is no luggage service, the staff count is insufficient for customer service, and they are unqualified for dealing with tourists.

Соотношение цены и качества!! Удивительная красота от вида с номера. Проживали в главном корпусе, на третьем этаже. Впечатления 👍 Завтраки на трёрдую 4 с плюсом!! Хороший, новый ресепшен!! Очень понравилась идея с лифтом с нулевого этажа!! Респект руководству!! Территории просто кайф
