I chose this hotel mainly for its EV charger and I was really pleased with the whole experience. The staff were great whenever I asked for help, though the breaker on the charger tripped a couple times – they jumped on it right away.

The staff were exceptional.

The location was fine. However, there was no phone and the TV had no channels.

The beds were comfy. However, there were roaches in the rooms, the water didn’t heat, and every time a child made noise we were reprimanded by staff. Other families in the same trip reported the same issue.

The front desk demanded a $100 deposit for “accidentals,” a charge that was never mentioned during booking.
