The property’s proximity to the airport was handy for our very early morning flight, and the place was clean, comfortable, and near plenty of fast‑food spots.

The whole reason I booked was the pool, but when I arrived it was green and no sign or notice said it was out of service; the staff claimed the manager might make it available, which made no sense, and the pool’s condition was awful. I wasn’t told about the construction, so my room faced scaffolding, making the stay terrible.

Nothing was good. My room was double‑booked and while my wife was alone in the restroom, people walked in on her, which was scary and traumatic. The staff never fixed the issue or offered compensation. I was also charged for parking even though I had no car, because we had car‑pooled and the person I car‑pooled with had their suburban broken into on the property, which felt unsafe. The lack of any manager to help over the weekend was stressful; after repeatedly reaching out for a solution, nothing resolved, and the third‑party I filed a claim with never agreed to do anything.
