Alessandro went above and beyond! The accommodation sits right in Vomero, close to transport for strolling. The room is well sound‑proofed and clean. I highly recommend it!

The location in Vomero is perfect, a friendly neighborhood, and the room is very clean and functional. I’d advise staying here.

We stayed two nights at B&B Casa Zeni and had a fantastic experience. The B&B is only a five‑minute walk from Castel Sant’Elmo and San Martino, where you can see one of the most stunning views of the Naples bay with Vesuvius. I strongly suggest walking there at sunset for memorable photos. Vomero is a very residential, clean, and elegant part of the city. Metro 1 Vanvitelli is a ten‑minute walk, and two funiculars are nearby: Montesanto takes you through “Quartieri Spagnoli” and “Spaccanapoli,” while the central funicular drops you near “Piazza Plebiscito” and the Chiaia area. The room was very clean and had been recently refurbished. The beds were very comfortable and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. The neighborhood around the B&B is lively, with many bars for happy hour and restaurants. For breakfast, they partner with Mexico Bar, just a few minutes’ walk from the property, where you can sit and enjoy coffee, cappuccino, and fresh pastries. That’s another great touch that made our stay memorable at Casa Zeni. A special shout‑out to Alessandro, who welcomed us warmly, shared plenty of great local dining tips, and arranged a convenient taxi shuttle from the airport with Mr. Lucio. He’s a gentleman and a professional singer who, on the way to the B&B, told us a brief story about Naples. Finally, I loved the free books available in the bedroom and hallway—an excellent idea! Well done, guys! Keep it up. The only improvement I’d suggest is a larger fridge to store more water, but that’s just a minor detail.

The room was super comfortable with a huge balcony. However, reaching the center, even by car, takes 40 minutes, which is far from ideal for tourists. The breakfast was terrible.
