The location is close to many attractions, the staff attitude is good, we ordered take‑away and a robot helped deliver it to the room, the pillows are comfortable, the heating and cooling can be adjusted by the guest, and the curtains block light well. We booked two rooms and each had more than one spot with leftover hair; the shower couldn’t adjust intensity or water mode, the room’s sound insulation was poor, and we could hear what seemed like a subway or machine running outside all night.
