“Good price/quality ratio. You should go for the nice owner and his great staff.”
The staff is so nice! And the food is good, though the place is old and not that clean, but the price reflects that.

The included breakfast was great, with homemade juice and homemade rakija on arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is beautiful and the staff are friendly, but there’s a lot of clutter around the building (paper, plastic, napkins) and many untidy tables. The room was okay, but the bathroom is shared, not private, and the toilet looked really grimy – something we noticed after reading the description, which was quite complicated. It’s very noisy; you hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway. We paid 62 euros per night with breakfast, which we felt was expensive compared to other places. If they clean up and tidy the area and offer a better breakfast – it was just an omelet with coffee, two slices of toast, maybe jam – they could turn this into a fantastic spot. Curtains, an AC, and cleaning on the roof when you look out the window would also help. The staff were otherwise friendly, nothing else to note.

The location and the friendliness of the young men were good, but the place urgently needs a basic cleaning. Even though the venue is old, it could still be kept clean. Everywhere – stairwell, tables, toilets – everything was very unappealing and dirty. The kitchen was probably the same, as we got sick and couldn’t eat the sparse breakfast. The accommodation was inexpensive, so you can’t expect luxury, but for the same money we’d get simple, clean places elsewhere.

The property is nicely located…and that’s all. First and foremost, it’s very dirty; the shared bathroom in the hallway for all rooms was filthy and smelled awful. There was no lock (a screw was stuck in the frame). When we entered the room we felt the bedding hadn’t been changed. The trash was unemptied from previous guests. Overall, a tragedy. Only one staff member from Slovenia was decent; the rest acted as if they were there for a punishment. I recommend avoiding this place entirely. We’re traveling a bit and this was our first time in such a place (and we have no lofty expectations).
