The location is great, the view from the window on the 3rd floor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the bathtub is large, the apartment is spacious, the Wi‑Fi is good, and the photos show a balcony view. The balcony is low and there are no scissors in the kitchen.

The atmosphere is welcoming with a private parking spot and friendly, helpful staff. Since the apartment is also used for medium/long stays, it would be useful to have a washing machine and an outdoor drying line inside. We understand the extra cleaning fee for having a dog, but a daily charge of that size is unnecessary.

The house’s location, the two bus stops right outside, the quiet, the private parking, and the free bus and train passes are all positives. There was a stale smell that lingered even after airing it out, the kitchen lacked a few items, the check‑in and check‑out times were inflexible (no early or late options), and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

The spaces are comfortable, welcoming, and clean. The private parking is convenient, and you’re close to many trails, as well as to Corvara and La Villa with shops, bars, and restaurants. Even though the building sits on a busy street, the windows provide excellent sound insulation. The bathroom with a tub and the kitchen could use a refresh; this doesn’t affect the stay’s quality but would make it more enjoyable and comfortable.
