The setting and natural surroundings did most of the work, and the owner’s taste in the location was very good—pleasant and beautiful, which was perfect after a long day of work as a sales rep. However, I’d like to clear up the bad first impression; I returned once more and found the reception a bit underprepared, couldn’t communicate from the room to front desk, and overall communication fell short, though perhaps that particular day wasn’t ideal for the staff—acceptable, but I’ll go again to fix that initial misstep.
