Option Hotel São Paulo - Anhembi - Expo Center Norte

“excepcional...recomendo a todos”

The service was wonderful, they offered great support, the apartment was very functional, and the shower worked well—nothing to complain about.

“Insalubre.”

The afternoon staff were helpful, yet my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing: I found insects on the seats, dirty bedding, a lot of dust on the floor, and even bread crumbs in the bathroom, showing a clear lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The café is advertised as included but actually costs 30,00 per person. Additionally, the space fell far short of the photos on the website, creating an expectation that was not met. The stay was far below what I expected, especially considering that cleanliness, hygiene, and transparency are basic requirements for any establishment that hosts guests. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend the place in its current condition. I hope management reviews these issues and takes action to improve sanitation, maintenance, and presentation so other guests do not face the same situation.

The service was excellent and very helpful, the area is great—I felt safe—and the breakfast was good, with no issues.

The cleaning was lacking and the breakfast was unsatisfactory.

“Baixa qualidade”

The bed was uncomfortable, the heater didn’t work, the blankets were dusty, the breakfast was average, and the parking was an open lot on the street.
