We didn’t stay there because the room was smelly, even though the payment was deducted; overall it was not good.

The hotel manager was very enthusiastic, the room was clean, and I’ll probably come back sometime.

The place was spotless and the owner was great at keeping me in the loop before I arrived. When I forgot something at the train station during a rainstorm, they even gave me a ride. We had a lot of laundry, and they finished washing and folding everything neatly before we left. It would be nice to have a range of pillow options—thin, thick, firm, or soft.
