“Great stay in Lisbon”
Location was perfect to walk around the city or take any public transportation. Staff was very friendly & helpful, they even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival! Hotel & room was very nice, spacious & clean
“Lovely hotel, bring earplugs 😆”
We had a huge room it was very comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast buffet very generous. Pool area was fabulous. Quite loud, we were on level 1 and could hear the jazz bar beneath us. Although late checkout is great, housekeeping was vacuuming in our floor at 9am so no point luxuriating and then they opened the door to our room without even knocking! Luckily we were dressed but that wasn’t a nice experience
