Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The spot is in a great location, rooms are fully equipped and super comfy, and they bring breakfast every morning. Service is a 10; you have to reach them via WhatsApp because there's no front desk, but Georigina was incredibly attentive to every request we had at any time. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!

The room was spacious with a sofa overlooking the mountains, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very polite and helpful, yet the shower water pressure and temperature were unstable.

The suites were brand new, impeccably clean and super comfortable—ideal after a long hike. The owner/manager wasn’t on site, but he was very helpful via WhatsApp. It’s a bit pricey compared to other options.

Our stay at Hostería El Puma was fantastic from start to finish. The room was beautifully designed and decorated, combining comfort, chic, and a thoughtful attention to detail that made it feel both cozy and special. The check‑in and check‑out processes were smooth and effortless, allowing us to focus entirely on enjoying our time in the area. The staff were incredibly flexible and helpful throughout our stay. They were always available to assist with anything we needed and made us feel genuinely well taken care of. One of the highlights of staying here is the location—some of the best trails start literally from the back garden, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding nature without even needing a car. The breakfast was excellent, and we especially loved that it was served every morning right in front of our room. It was a wonderful way to start the day while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Would choose this hotel again without any hesitation.
