Все.и место,и процедуры,персонал и сервис,еда
“Только положительные эмоции, великолепный отдых в лучшем отеле в окружении замечательного персонала, спасибо!”
A magnificent hotel with friendly, caring, and responsive staff, high‑quality service, immaculate cleanliness and order, delicious food, excellent location, and comfort! Thank you so much! I liked everything!
A good hotel with a very helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The reception's staff and also all the staff at the medical center are perfect. The medical center is a very good experience included in the room price. Also food is good with a big choice of vegetarian option. Very good experience.
In the prime spot of the Jermuk resort, the food is tasty and the staff are always eager to help; a variety of useful procedures are included in the price, making it easy to come back. The rooms, however, are packed with furniture and could use a refresh.
“В целом, место замечательное. Было уютно, вкусно, интересно и спокойно. Настоящий отдых”
A wonderful place with very friendly staff, impeccably clean rooms, and incredible surrounding nature. The walls are thin, and on one side a family with small children lived next to us, making their noise quite noticeable.
