The location was great and some of the staff were really helpful. When we arrived, we were assigned a ground‑floor room that smelled horribly of sewerage—so bad it was unbearable. We had to ask for a different room, but the new one was just the next door, not fully prepared for guests. Ants were everywhere, and because the room was right next to the restaurant it was noisy all the time, making it impossible to sleep.

The noise was constant, even late into the night and early in the morning when the bins were taken out at 7 am. The rooms were not sound‑proofed, and the staff seemed indifferent.

The location was very good, the place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My room was next to the restaurant; there were a few glass partitions, but the noise was still loud.
