Good value for money.

They changed my room at the last minute.
The location was good. Victor and Alejandra were fine, but when I asked to check in earlier they didn’t reply; I had to wait until 14:00 and there was no air conditioning, plus no fruit at breakfast. The lack of communication from you and the hotel about my early check‑in request, and the chef’s fee that I was charged half a rate, were disappointing.

Great location, the room offered a lovely view of the surrounding mountains, a fridge‑bar was available for self‑service drinks, breakfast was very generous, and the staff were attentive and very kind; the security was commendable, with a double door and 24‑hour controlled access at the entrance. There was no reading light, only a central lamp that required standing up to turn on or off because the only switch was near the front door, and there was no outlet near the bedside to charge a phone. In the bathroom, the sink supplied only cold water.
