The location is fine, but there’s no kitchen and pigeons were sleeping under the air conditioner.

Le 2 stanze principali (camera da letto e bagno), le uniche con accesso, si presentano in linea con le aspettative. Da apprezzare la presenza della bottiglia d’ acqua in frigo e la piccola colazione disponibile, non sempre presenti nelle altre strutture ricettive!. Lenzuola infeltrite!

The spot is great – a bus right under the building drops you straight into the city centre. The price is budget‑friendly, and a lovely lady greeted us when we arrived. Unfortunately the place wasn’t clean. The pillows were the worst – they smelled awful and after we removed the covers they turned yellow. We had to take them out of the room because we couldn’t bear the smell, and ended up sleeping on sofa pillows wrapped in a towel. The kettle kept clogging with limescale. The owner or caretaker could have been more responsive. We had glasses and mugs, but a small plate would have been handy. The room itself is modest; I don’t expect much for that price, but clean, fragrant bedding and a decent bed are essential to me.

The staff were kind, accommodating our needs, the place was spotless, centrally located, and well served.
