The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be and the place is always tidy, with a decent bathroom and solid A/C. The only downside is the front desk shuts early, and the rooftop has no little bar, which would have made it perfect. Overall it’s a good base despite the limited reception hours.

I was thrown out for no reason and, on top of that, they walked off with my cash. The staff acted like criminals, so I’d steer clear of this place.

The price was right for the area, which is a plus. Unfortunately the beds are a bit cramped, making sleep less comfortable.

Be warned: reception shuts at 5:30 pm, and they make you repeat your bank details on arrival. If you leave anything on the bed, the cleaning crew will lock it up at the front desk and only hand it back after squeezing you for extra cash. When I confronted management, they twisted the story and blamed me for things that never happened. After six years of hostel hopping, I’ve never seen anything this shady – just run.

The facilities are set up far from the entrance, which feels unsafe, especially at night when people are shouting and trying to get into rooms. Anyone can wander in and damage the place, and the staff are often nowhere to be found. It made for a pretty rough stay.
