The hotel’s location and panoramic balcony view were excellent, the breakfast was tasty, and the vintage décor added charm, but on the upper floor the furnishings were cluttered and lost their glamour. Some room details were a bit sloppy: in room #5 the bedside lamp had no dimmer and required plugging in and unplugging each time; the towel rack in the bathroom fell when hanging towels because it was only a simple overhang; the shower spray leaked under the glass door and wet the floor in rooms #4 and #5; Wi‑Fi signal was missing in room #4; and the TV remote in room #5 didn’t work because the batteries were dead, so I couldn’t enjoy the TV.
