“No recommend, should be careful”

I arrived on a rainy day, followed the exact address and the message, but the manager said I was at the wrong place and claimed the hotel was fully booked—there are two locations, but I wasn’t told beforehand. If I had known, I could have booked the other one. They then moved me to a different location without explanation or apology. The listing said breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. When I complained, they lowered the price and repeatedly asked me to cancel my booking, claiming they had to pay commission. I chose this place for its location and vibe, but the alternative was completely different. Another guest had the same issue, which felt very misleading.

“Mooie kamers, lief personeel voor een lage prijs!”

The owners are incredibly kind, making this a great spot to retreat. The pool is nice, the rooms are lovely, and the dog is very sweet. Everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the old town. The pool is huge and the garden is so spacious, it feels like a mini resort. Plus, they have bikes you can borrow to ride into the old town, which is a great way to explore. The only downside is that I didn't notice any other issues during my stay.
