The room was very good, spotless and super comfy; sound isolation was medium‑high, with almost no noise from neighboring rooms. The hydro‑tub was huge, well kept and clearly marked, the fireplace was handy on a cold day, there were two excellent showers, and the bed was the perfect size! We got a call saying our time was up, we told them we had a reservation, and after 15 minutes another call said no reservation was in the system—uncomfortable, especially since the front desk confirmed we’d stay until the next day. I thought one towel per person was too few, since we used the same towel for the hydro, sauna, and shower over two days; we could have used at least one more and a bathrobe to feel more comfortable, and the bathroom had only one floor cloth—choosing between leaving it by the shower or the hydro left the whole bathroom wet.

The hotel was very clean, organized, with good service; humans do make mistakes. The breakfast could have offered more choices.
