Ivan, the owner, was always helpful and reachable at any time, offering great tips for places and transport. Talking with him was pleasant and easy :) The apartment sits close to the city centre, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and fully equipped. I liked staying there and will definitely return :)
Breakfast was basic, but the location was great.
Great, simple place to stay to enjoy the city for a few days. Around a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. Quiet area with buss stops very close. No utensils to eat food on the apartment

Iván’s kindness—letting us in and out beyond the usual hours—was greatly appreciated. The air conditioning and WIFI worked perfectly. A bus stop is just a minute away, taking you straight to the beach, and walking to the centre takes 10 minutes. Everything was perfect. Many thanks 😊

I visited Cagliari for the first time with my son. My expectations were high, and they were fully met. We stayed at the Hotel Bellini and were absolutely delighted. The owner, Ivanna, was very welcoming and friendly. The place was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. Authentic Italian breakfasts were served right to our room, with a choice of serving times available. Amenities included air conditioning, a fridge, a TV, and a safe. A charming Italian-style décor. The location is excellent—practically in the city center—with shops and bus stops nearby. It is a short trip to the train station, and from there, you can reach the airport by train in just minutes. There was also a very nice bonus: a free taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel. This is incredibly convenient when arriving in a new city, as it saves you the hassle of figuring out transportation logistics. I highly recommend it.Nataliia and Dmytro. The bathroom is separate from the room, located down the hall. However, it is for your exclusive use, so this is not a downside
