“Good location for O2 Institute, and probably local nightlife.”

The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable, but sleep was hard to get, mostly because it was a weekend with a lot of outside noise; the pub downstairs was a bit loud until midnight, though I should have checked that beforehand.

I loved that it’s the oldest pub in Digbeth, full of character and right where I needed to be; I couldn’t fault anything—everything was great!

The location is great, the building’s history is incredible, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful—from check‑in and bar service to the lovely lady who stored our bags while we went out for breakfast; thank you.

“Pleasant stay. Lovely venue. Would stay again.”

Beautiful building. Friendly staff. Got back later than expected from my event realising id not eaten since the morning and one of the staff served me snacks after closing, so thankyou! Clean room, great facilities. Be happy to stay again. The towels need replacing. Hard and scratchy. My room was prone to noise pollution from outside but wasnt awful. Maybe put some privacy film on the window to let the light in but keep the dignity of customer
