“Well really sucked that we had the experience with the worker as soon as we went in”

I was excited to relax by the pool during my stay, but unfortunately, the bed was too soft for my liking. To make matters worse, the staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and insisted that I pay a $250 deposit, despite the booking price stating it was only $100. He claimed that I had been falsely notified and seemed to have no idea what their policies were.

The hotel's convenient location and spotless cleanliness were definite positives, but unfortunately, the noise levels inside and outside the hotel were a major issue, making it difficult to relax during my stay. Despite the price being reasonable, especially for a last-minute booking, the noise was a significant drawback.
