The facilities were clean and well maintained, but the breakfast didn’t hit the mark.

The location and staff friendliness were good, but because of my Genius status I was used to a room upgrade—this time I didn’t get one, the room was small and very dark, and the dinner was poorly prepared: the meat wasn’t cooked to my requested level, the potatoes were raw and mushy, which was disappointing; next time I’ll choose a different hotel.
