One night for 105 € in a room without a window or air‑conditioning. A corner to eat but you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. And so on… The reception was rushed and there was no follow‑up to check if everything was fine. Overall a terrible experience; I strongly advise against staying here.

“Horrible”

We were told children could not play on the terrace or outside, so we had to stay inside. There was no sink for dishes and no trash bin. We were charged an extra €30 for a maximum of one hour in the spa without any prior notice, but we still paid. People were partying with alcohol on the terrace, something that had not been agreed upon when we arrived. The lady refused to refund us. We have a little girl and we had to leave early the next morning because we couldn't sleep with the festive noise. None of this was mentioned in the description for this booking. On our first vacation day, we’re very dissatisfied and are requesting a refund because we were forced to leave at 20:30 and find another hotel, even though we paid €311 for this reservation. Also, going out after 23:00 is prohibited.
