The service was excellent, the location great, the place very clean and super comfortable.

The room was comfortable, the shower was fine, the location was wonderful and the female staff were friendly; the facilities were good and the terrace view was beautiful, as was the room view, but there was no full‑length mirror, no shelf inside the shower stall and the breakfast was lacking.

The cleanliness was okay. The hotel sits near the beach and Morro do Careca, which is great for those who want to stay close, but the proximity to the traffic makes it noisy all day and into the night. I also didn’t feel safe on the hotel grounds. In the room, the air‑conditioner is directly in front of the bed, so you either get hot or cold. The bathroom lacks a proper drain slope, so water keeps pooling during and after showers, and the next morning it was still on the floor. We left no note about cleaning, so the room wasn’t tidied. On the day we stayed, the hotel wasn’t serving breakfast on site; the only option was the neighboring hotel, which had almost nothing left and was nearly finished, so the only saving grace was the freshly made tapiocas. I don’t think it was worth the price.
