“NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA TRABAJAR”

My experience at this hotel was quite unpleasant and far from what I expected. Unfortunately, my stay was so unsatisfactory that I had to find another hotel and leave before completing the days I had planned. I think that when you pay for accommodation, the minimum you expect is to feel comfortable, relaxed, and enjoy a good experience. In my case, everything was the opposite. It is really disappointing to have to change travel plans and endure the discomfort of finding another place to stay. I would not repeat this experience, and based on what I went through, I would not recommend this hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, towels were not provided, some televisions did not work in certain rooms, and in others only two channels were available.

Nothing I liked; the photos were misleading.

I stayed in a tiny room, the service was terrible, and I ended up in much larger air‑conditioned rooms elsewhere for the same price, though the cleaning was excellent. The staff tried to charge me more for a slightly bigger room, but what was promised in the reservation never materialised.
