The room was clean, the bell boys were great, and the hotel’s location is excellent. However, the bathroom needs updating—the faucets are old and the tub drain is rusted. The front‑desk staff were unhelpful, and the $2 luggage‑storage fee for an hour before our flight is ridiculous, especially since we paid $500 per night and only needed to store our bags to eat at the onsite restaurant. We left, ate off‑site.

The room featured a balcony with stunning views, and the staff were all very friendly; the services ran smoothly and the restaurant offered a fantastic view of Diamond Head. Walking to the beach takes only 2 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby—highly recommend.
