La Quinta by Wyndham San Antonio North Stone Oak

“Affordable and Convenient”

Very affordable for a last‑minute booking and the breakfast was served, but the Wi‑Fi was spotty and often off. The entry door looked like someone had tried to pry it open with a crowbar, and the shower handle fell off when I turned it on.

“I stayed for a medical need. My card got overcharged and I was stranded and could not pay for fuel or another night stay”

The shower had good water pressure and the beds were comfy, but the TV signal kept dropping. A lamp and an entire side of the plugs by the bad do not work. They also charged for parking without my knowledge, then charged my card an extra $400 without telling me and didn’t offer a refund.

“If you love mildew, this is the place to stay!”

Breakfast was unappetizing; I usually enjoy eggs and sausage, but I chose cold cereal instead. The eggs and sausage looked a bit plastic.

The hotel was close to our doctor’s appointment, but the water pressure was low and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly.

“We stayed 3 nights and wished we had paid a little more for someplace else. My husband had surgery so I didn’t feel comp”

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the sheets had hair and the back door had no lock, which felt pretty icky. I expected more from La Quinta; it seems they've slipped. We’ll never book here again.
