The spot is right in the middle of Athens, making it easy to hit all the sights, and the rooms and breakfast were nice, so I'd suggest it.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and the location was great. Our first room had three windows covered with curtains; when we tried to open them we realized the windows were just a wall behind the curtain, so there was no view or natural light. I felt suddenly claustrophobic, even though the room was a lovely size and had great décor. Luckily spare rooms were available, and the staff kindly gave us a room with windows opening onto the front of the property that let in natural daylight. Read the reviews and make sure you’re okay with a room without windows before booking their basic rooms.

The location was excellent, the room was clean but small, and the laundry quality was good. The staff were courteous. Breakfast was served in a restaurant below the hotel, and sometimes the service was slow. The room had a bit of noise from the restaurant and the church bell that rings hourly, even at night, but it didn’t ruin the stay. The breakfast service in the restaurant was very slow.

The reception staff were excellent, and the hotel’s location is perfect for enjoying Athens, with all the attractions nearby; however, it’s not convenient for children and strollers because there are stairs at the entrance and a small elevator.
