The staff were excellent and the room was clean and had everything I needed, with a super comfortable bed. The downside was the excessive use of stairs, and in the bathroom the hot water and soap dispenser were missing for hand soap.

I didn't have breakfast, I visited other restaurants. The bed was an issue.

The room was clean. The cafeteria closed at 8:30 am because the key holder had not arrived. There was little or no staff in the areas. At 7:30 pm the hotel was completely deserted. No one was at the Front Desk, no one answered the phone. I was leaving early Sunday morning and wanted to check out the night before. There was no security. Anyone could enter the facilities. Everything was exposed to anyone in the areas, even the room entrances with little lighting. I was really disappointed, I do not recommend it and I will not pay for a stay there again!

I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location and the friendly treatment I received from the staff. However, the parking situation was a major inconvenience during my stay.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the owner or manager seemed quite unpleasant and dismissive. My deluxe room was spacious and clean, but it lacked some basic amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and full-size mirror. The windows couldn't be opened, which made the room feel stuffy, and the only way to get fresh air was by opening the door, which compromised my privacy.
