Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location is good. Reception staff are often absent, the room phone doesn’t work, the walls are cracked, the air‑conditioning mesh is broken, the room closet doors are broken, the water taps are noisy and leak water annoyingly.

The reception and cleanliness were good.

The place was clean and the reception was friendly. Nothing else.

The room didn’t match the description I saw when booking. It wasn’t soundproof, the washroom had a bad odor, there were no tea cups, the electric kettle was broken, there were no ironing facilities, no stove for cooking, and no dining table. I hope these problems are fixed for future guests.
