Horrivel. Empresa fantasma. Nao existe. Tive que pagar por outra acomodação e espero que seja reembolsado para nao ter que solicitar judicialmente

Clean. Did not accept my reservations at a very good price. I had to call customer service for two hours after coming from airport at the hotel. I was tired and needed to sleep, but they would not accept a reservation until I made a separate reservation of $200 for two nights. Desert, they do not work with the bposhtels anymore. So how is I able to book an even standing there? I was still able to see open booking for similar price. But they would not accept the inconvenience on their part
