The room layout, furniture, and services are good. No negatives.

The location and terrace are fine. Everything else, except the location and terrace, is bad. The building is four stories without an elevator, and five stories to reach the terrace. The apartment is very, very old. The sheets and towels are of very poor quality. Not recommended for elderly or young children. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are tiny and makeshift. The living area is hyper‑cramped. In short, avoid if you value comfort and cleanliness! The photos on the booking site are of the owner’s apartment, but the actual rental only includes the rooms of the good or similar.

I was welcomed by Giuseppe, who was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was beautiful. The location is just a stone's throw from the center of Catania, and the bed, the room, and the common areas were all great. Thanks for this short stay 😄
