Suite Hotel 200m zum Prater

The area is quiet and the room is spacious. Dirty: the space under the bed and sofa had not been cleaned for more than a week! It was hot during the day and there was no air conditioning. The accommodation conditions state daily cleaning, but in our case it went like this: we returned to the room at 4 pm and the door was OPEN!!! A staff member came to clean the room, left, and did not close the door!!! Documents, money, and belongings were left exposed. Terrible! The room changed one towel, the others were not changed. The trash was not taken out.

“I loved the hotel with super location, friendly staff and comfortable furniture and beds”

We loved the spacious room with its very high ceilings, which we booked for our family. We actually had two rooms, and one of them- a studio with a kitchen- was especially large and comfortable for spending time together as a family. The hotel’s location is also amazing: it’s very close to Prater Park and public transport, with cafés and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were very clean and the mattresses and pillows were super comfortable. The receptionist was very welcoming and made our stay even more pleasant
