The scenery in the Poconos was beautiful, there were plenty of restaurants and the food was good, and my room was nice and well kept.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and everything was good.

The pool hours were terrible – I was kicked out an hour early, couldn't get a drink, and there was no warning that it was closing early; I had planned my day around the pool and that ruined my last evening.

All activities are located in one location. Day trips away were very good. The TV channel selections were disappointing. For instance, there was no FOX News available nor was there no CBS available. After bringing this issue to the staff's attention four times, they informed us that nothing could be done. WE stayed in Room 411 and it took about three gallons of running water before the faucet got "hot."
