We had a disastrous one-night stay at this hotel due to the appalling cleanliness and unfriendly reception staff. To make matters worse, they failed to provide us with an invoice, which we desperately need for our office records. We were only able to claim half the total amount, which is still a significant loss for us.

I was thoroughly misled by the advertisement for this place, which claimed to be a hotel but turned out to be a wedding hall with a few rooms above it. The rooms were filthy, and the staff's claim that they had been cleaned was a blatant lie. We had to request a change of bed sheets, but even the "fresh" ones were still dirty. The photos online bear no resemblance to reality, and the lack of a buffet breakfast was the final nail in the coffin.

This place has a lot going for it - the property itself is really nice and the staff are super helpful. The upkeep of the hotel is top-notch, which is a big plus. However, the rooms are a bit small, but that's a minor complaint.
