Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The view was beautiful and having a kitchen was great, and the staff were very friendly, yet the breakfast was quite thin and lacked protein, and the shower faucet didn’t work, so I couldn’t shower, which was disappointing.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, and the full fridge was a nice touch, but the edges of the room could have been cleaned better and the breakfast was just a basic continental spread.

Having a full fridge and granite counters was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but the coffee makers in the lobby needed their carafes scrubbed to remove hard‑water buildup, the rooms needed better vacuuming around the edges, headboard corners, and baseboards, and the continental breakfast was sparse.

I paid an extra two nights for my first reservation, paying $150, and the next day they told me I only owed $150 for one night, so this hotel is a bad deal.

The hotel was surrounded by mountains, and I have nothing negative to say about it.
